Before arrival: It is best not to feed your pet/s within three hours prior to their grooming appointment.
On arrival:
Important Note:
We've chosen this profession because we love pets. Our policy is to place your pet's feelings first and will only groom humanely and safely. We do not de-matt or sedate pets. If a pet needs to be sedated, please administer 1/2 an hour before appointment. For pets that are extremely matted or have behavioral issues, you may be required to sign a release form.
On arrival:
- For safety, we suggest all pets are on lead on arrival and pick-up as, although your pet may be very social, there is no guarantee that other pets you may encounter on the premises are as well behaved.
- It is also appreciated if you could arrive slightly before your appointment time to fill out any forms that may be required and to toilet your pet prior to entry. (Plastic bags for disposal are available from reception.)
- Clients who choose to stay during the groom are advised that an extra charge will apply if the pet misbehaves or the groom is made difficult or extended for any reason.
